Now, we're building a studio team from the ground up, and we're looking for a Senior Game Developer to help bring our next big idea to life. If you love elegant mechanics, pixel-perfect performance, and real creative ownership, this is your moment.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement core game loop mechanics
- Build a functional UI for gold, hero stats, upgrade buttons, and enemy HP
- Implement auto-attack logic and real-time feedback (damage, enemy death, gold gain)
- Write clean, modular, and testable code
- Add light animation or effects to improve user engagement
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experienced in developing gameplay mechanics, systems, and UI in Unity using C#
- Solid understanding of game loops, timers, and event handling
- Experience in UI design and interaction in games
- Basic knowledge of game state management (hero stats, enemy status, upgrades)
- Familiarity with the core mechanics of idle/incremental games
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Applicants must currently reside in Ankara, Turkey or, if based elsewhere, be prepared to relocate there before starting
Nice to Have
- Experience with Unity DOTS/ECS
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad SDKs (e.g., ironSource, AppLovin)
- Passion for gameplay feel and player feedback loops
